We want you to love your Oh Polly items, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and the hygiene seal intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and Australian postcode to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select your preferred return option, choosing between a refund to your original payment method or an e-gift card for future shopping.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest Australia Post location and keep your tracking receipt until your return has been processed by our warehouse.
